Rio Tinto is off the lows of the day but hit a new 52 week low today of $46.83. It is about 75 cents per share higher than that now, however this has not been a good week for the iron ore mining giant. I believe the special dividend possibility and its high dividend yield and strong earnings will propel it higher soon.
