Shares of Target, TGT, moved higher today sharply on no real news with heavy volume. The stock was highlighted after hours on CNBC in the Trader Blitz segment, with it being noted that the company may begin to buy back shares. I am long TGT and recommend it, and feel that the company has moved past the data compromising issue and that it has a promising holiday season ahead of it.
