American Green Inc., ticker symbol ERBB, has acquired the company of OG Tea. OG Tea is reported to have about $1,000,000 of current revenues and American Green Inc. (formerly Tranzbyte) expects to be able to grow this revenue to over $3,000,000 per year. The deal is reported to be immediately accretive and should help put American Green in a stronger position within the legal marijuana industry. Time will only tell, but this company has had and likely still does have Steve Nash as a backer.
