$BLDV $AHIX $WWIO Penny OTC Stocks

I am constantly looking for OTC sub penny stocks to invest in.  Despite the fact that these can be risky investments, by the same token they also have the potential of bringing high rewards.

In the arena I like SFOR, BLDV, BETS, AHIX, and WWIO.  SFOR and WWIO are technology stocks, both having the potential to make headway in the ultra competitive sector.  AHIX is making progress through mergers and acquisitions.  BLDV is getting it right and I believe all of these companies offer much better than average potential in a tough segment of the market for stock pickers.

I may hold an investment position in any of these stocks.

SFOR Strikeforce Top Seller Rank on Amazon - Amazing Sales

If retail is the test for bigger potential sales for SFOR products - it is passing with flying colors for its Amazon sales based on what I can see.  Check out the ranking of its products on Amazon!  Guarded ID has moved all the way up to the top 2,500 of all software products in sales rank, #18 currently in networking and servers right now, #6 best seller currently in network security and #1 most wished for.  #1 in hot new releases in networking and servers, Mobile Trust is #1 top rated networking and servers product.  On and on and this does not even count Target or sales from its website.  Now remember folks, these sales are in April so what we see here might end up getting reflected in the 10-Q for the second quarter.  I have personally watched these products move up in sales rank on Amazon and let me tell you, it was not ranked this high even a week ago.  Some say that retail is the test before large companies will take out a big order - so we are laying the groundwork here for massive sales to come later this year in my opinion.  SFOR is getting it done.

I may hold a position in SFOR stock.

$SFOR SFOR Friday Stock Trading

On Friday, SFOR ended the trading day with its stock price posting a strong gain.  As I see it, this is due to demand for the stock and the completion of convertible debt holders selling those shares.  In the previous two weeks, those shares hitting the market held the stock price down.  With an estimated 2.2 billion shares outstanding, it has a market capitalization of roughly $2.7 million.  In my opinion this stock is undervalued.

I may hold a position in SFOR stock.

Strikeforce Technologies SFOR - Guarded ID Software

Strikeforce Technologies has sold out of its Guarded ID software on Amazon currently.  See the product here http://www.amazon.com/Strikeforce-GuardedID-Keystroke-Encryption-Software/dp/B019WHYU1Q/ref=sr_1_1?s=software&ie=UTF8&qid=1461333481&sr=1-1&keywords=guarded+id

This is a nice development for shareholders of SFOR as it shows that there is demand for the product.  It also is for sale through the company's website, on Target's online website and it will be in Target stores in June per the company's announcement.

Disclosure - I may hold a position in SFOR stock.

Strikeforce Technologies SFOR Receives $4.9 Million Settlement Payment

In the first quarter of 2016, Strikeforce Technologies received a one time payment of $4.9 million related to the settlement of a patent lawsuit.  This will be recorded in their 10-Q statement forthcoming, as revenue.  The 10-K that showed this in its subsequent events is noted here from Yahoo! Finance.

With a current market capitalization based on what we believe is an outstanding share structure of 2.2 billion shares, and a current market price of .0011 per share, we have a a $2,420,000 market capitalization roughly.  In my opinion, this totally undervalues the stock price of SFOR.

Disclosure - I may hold a position in SFOR.

Analyst Highlights SFOR - Strikeforce Technologies

I must start by disclosing that I am long SFOR $SFOR and believe that Strikeforce Technologies is a strong investment.  There are several reasons why this makes a good investment in my opinion:

1.  SFOR just received a lump sum settlement from patent infringement in the amount of $4.9 million net of attorney fees based on its most recently filed 10-K statement.  This amount will be recorded as revenue in the first quarter of 2016, with the 10-Q filing due May 15, 2016.  It also appears based on due diligence that SFOR will also be receiving recurring royalty/license revenue from this as well.  I believe this may also be recorded in the first quarter revenue of 2016.

2.  Its two current main products - Guarded ID and MobileTrust are selling on Amazon and Target Online, with it due in Target brick and mortar stores in June of 2016 based on what the company has stated.  The links in the products above will bring you to Target's website showing those.  They are also for sale at Amazon and at the company's own website.  Strikeforce Technologies

3.  It has been stated on Investor Hub boards and by the CEO of SFOR that there is the potential for more lawsuits regarding patent infringement that could favor SFOR.

4.  The company has also agreed to have its product sold for $9 million and recurring revenue share from this to Cyber Safety, Inc. per an 8-K filing.

All in all I believe $SFOR is a solid stock and I have initiated a long position in it.
